Michael knows about service starting with four years spent serving as a Spanish Linguist in the United States Marine Corps.  Following his military service, Michael completed his undergraduate degree in Communications at Humboldt State University in Arcata, California.  While in school, Michael met and married his wife, Genevieve.  Upon graduation, Michael and Genevieve moved their family to Iowa where they both began their careers in the financial services industry.  In 2007, Michael transitioned from a of role supporting financial advisors to becoming one himself by joining a well-established firm in Waukee, Iowa.  Michael strives to provide the best possible client experience and consummately works to help clients work towards their financial goals.  In addition to his work as a financial advisor, Michael also supervises other independent financial advisors across the country as their Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction.  Outside of the office, Michael and Genevieve have four children: Adian (24), Michael (23), Holden (18), and Victoria (10).  Michael also enjoys reading, riding bicycles with his family, and enjoying live music with family and friends.

Heather started her professional administrative career in the United States Marine Corps, serving at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina.  Upon her husband’s assignment to Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, she returned to college to finish her undergraduate degree at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  At UNLV, Heather completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies.  Since 2012, Heather has been an integral part of the team at Paradigm Wealth Partners helping to support over 300 client relationships as well as other independent financial advisors across the country.  Outside of the office, Heather enjoys caring for her two dogs, exercising and travelling with her husband, Ray.

Arron was born and raised in Iowa and lives in Adel with his wife, Ashley (his high school sweetheart), their daughter, and their two dogs. He believes that hard work, strong values, and meaningful relationships are the foundation of both a fulfilling life and a successful financial plan.

He began his career in 2015 working primarily with insurance companies. During those early years, he gained valuable experience but quickly realized his interest went far beyond the risk management mindset of the insurance industry.

By 2020, Arron became a registered investment advisor and shifted his full focus to financial planning. While he initially partnered with portfolio managers, he soon recognized that to truly align each client’s plan with their investment strategy, he needed to manage portfolios in-house. Today, he builds and manages client portfolios directly, using a behavioral, methodical, and data-driven approach. Arron maintains a focus on cost-efficiency and the long-term alignment of a client's goals with their appropriate risk profile. This steadfast process allows for the creation of portfolios that support real goals and aims to keep more of the results in the client’s hands. He understands that even the best plan can fall short without the right investment strategy to support it, and a portfolio without purpose can easily veer off course.

Arron is a firm believer in consistently growing his knowledge of financial and portfolio planning. To better serve his clients, he has earned the AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™), and CSLP® (Certified Student Loan Professional) designations. These credentials have helped him expand his knowledge in various areas of expertise so that he can more comprehensively guide his clients through life’s financial complexities with clarity and confidence.

Mentorship has played a meaningful role in Arron’s journey. He believes that finding mentors who share his values is a true blessing, which is exactly what drew him to Paradigm Wealth Partners. While his long-time mentor, Rick Yoder (co-founder), was a key reason for joining the firm, Arron quickly saw that the entire team, including fellow co-founder Mike Sisco, shares the same client-first philosophy and deep commitment to integrity. Being surrounded by a like-minded team makes his work even more rewarding and reinforces his belief that clients are best served when their advisor is backed by a strong, values-aligned firm.

Becky grew up in Cuero, Texas, where she graduated a Cuero Gobbler and married her high school sweetheart, James, and a son, Kendal. She and her family love carrying on the family tradition of camping and fishing in the Guadalupe River and local lakes.   She takes great pride in her hometown community and is a member of St. Marks’ Lutheran Church.  Becky began her career in Banking and obtained her General Banking Diploma from Victoria College.  After working in local banks for 15 years, she began her career as a brokerage sales assistant 21 years ago.  She has since obtained her FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses, held through LPL Financial, as well as her General Lines Insurance License.  She is a Registered Brokerage Assistant through LPL Financial, and she loves assisting clients with explanations of their statements and resolving inquiries on their accounts.

Mak was born in Des Moines, Iowa and has since called Johnston, Iowa home. Growing up in a family of Hawkeyes, it was no surprise Mak attended the University of Iowa in 2019. In the summer of 2022, Mak interned for Rick. Throughout his internship, Mak developed a passion for wealth management. Graduating in May with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Mak is ambitious to make a career out of providing value to others in the financial realm. Moving forward, Mak's goal is to become a Registered Representative. In his spare time, Mak loves to exercise, read, and spend time with family and friends

Rick was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the southern suburbs until his family moved to Pocahontas, Iowa.  Rick attended middle school and high school in Pocahontas and opted to go to Iowa State University.  He currently lives in Johnston, Iowa with his wife, Katie, and his daughter, Maya, and son, Gabe.  His eldest son, Gavin, is currently an active duty Marine in the 2nd Division based in North Carolina.  He prioritizes travel, reading and keeping a full house of 3 dogs and 2 cats.

Rick began his career in 1992 after graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance.  He obtained his securities licensure in May of 1992 and went to work at the Principal Financial Group as a Financial Consultant.   He later joined Merrill Lynch and eventually became the Heartland Complex Sales manager and had duties in Omaha, Lincoln, Sioux City, and Des Moines.  After 8 years, he refocused on a client practice and joined PaineWebber/UBS to form a team which was responsible for over 400 clients and over $250 million dollars in client assets.  Rick focused on institutional and charitable organizations because of his ability to employ structure and permanence to investment decisions.  The planning and fundamentals of large fiduciary money suit Rick’s style of planning based risk adverse investment management.  Rick still employs a risk adverse style which focuses on a methodical data driven structure for making investment and personal financial decisions.  After spending nearly 20 years in wirehouse firms, Rick made the decision to go independent and start his own practice.  The independent investment advisor model most closely resembles his personal mission of providing the best, most cost-effective financial solutions and advice.  Forming Paradigm Wealth Partners at LPL with Mike Sisco, a close personal friend (a brother from another mother), represents the pinnacle of his professional goals and dreams.
